2C DNA variation and relationships among New World species of the genus Lupinus (Fabaceae)

The 2C DNA values in 38 species and accessions of the genus Lupinus (Fabaceae) from the New World have been analysed using flow cytometry. They are representatives of North and South American species (the Atlantic and the Andean regions). Estimated 2C DNA values ranged from 1.08 pg in L. pusillus to 2.68 pg in L. albicaulis (both from North America), that is a variation of more than 2.5-fold. The variation for North American lupins was much higher than that for South American ones. Statistical analysis of the data resulted in a grouping that showed for North American lupins some correlation with the length of life cycle. Discussion concerns some aspects of the evolution of the genus.     

南五味子属(五味子科)三种植物之补记

报道南五味子属Kadsura的黑老虎K. coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith在印度尼西亚的分布新记录,毛南五味子K. induta A. C. Smith在中国贵州的分布新记录,冷饭藤K. oblongifolia Merrill在中国福建和台湾以及越南的分布新记录,补充或纠正了前人对毛南五味子的形态描述,取消了Saunders对海南黑老虎K. hainanensis Merrill和冷饭藤所作的后选模式。     

飞虱科(半翅目)二新种和中国大陆二新纪录种

描记了采自云南西双版纳的飞虱科(半翅目)2新种:弯突淡背飞虱,新种Sogatellana curva sp.nov和刺茎奇臀飞虱,新种Miranus spinaphallus sp.nov.新种弯突淡背飞虱Sogatellana curva sp.nov与属内其它种的区别在于该种的阳基侧突略为弯曲,端部细且外端角不突出,而其它种阳基侧突的内端角和外端角都突出,另外该种膈背缘的形状不同于属内其它种;新种刺茎奇臀飞虱Miranusspinaphallus sp.nov.以阳茎左侧背面有一排刺状突起以及右腹侧面有一排小刺可与奇臀飞虱属其它种类相区别.报道了我国大陆的两个新纪录种,迪索西飞虱Syndelphax disonymos(Kirkaldy)(分布:广东湛江)和蜿蜒茎刺飞虱Sinolacme sinuosa Yang(分布:广西阳朔).新种的模式标本和其它研究标本均保存在中国科学院动物研究所标本馆.     

中国齿隐翅虫属斑齿隐翅虫亚属(鞘翅目,隐翅虫科,筒隐翅虫亚科)分类学研究

齿隐翅虫属Priochirus种类多见于腐木树皮下,是重要的腐木甲虫.其中斑齿隐翅虫亚属的物种比较稀少,目前全世界仅记录3种.本文记述产于我国云南的齿隐翅虫属斑齿隐翅虫亚属1新种,硕斑齿隐翅虫Priochirus(Stigma-tochirus)magnificus sp.nov,及1新纪录种,阿斑齿隐翅虫Priochirus(Stigmatochirus)abori Bernhauer.文中物种检索表包括了世界现有的3种及新种共4个种.所有标本材料(包括所有模式标本)都保存在中国科学院动物研究所.     

中国帕飞虱属分类研究(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,飞虱科)

Fennah(1978)根据分布于越南的标本建立了帕飞虱属Palego,仅包括其模式种Palego simulator Fennah,1978;葛钟麟(1982)根据分布于中国南部的标本建立了披突飞虱属Parathri-ambus,并指定刺披突飞虱Parathriambus spinosus为其模式种,该属现在包括2种.作者在整理研究保存于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆的该属标本时,发现帕飞虱属Palego的模式种;根据葛钟麟(1982)对披突飞虱属Parathriambus的属征描述,作者发现该属与Fennah(1978)建立的帕飞虱属Palego的属征吻合.据此,作者提出:披突飞虱属Parathriambus Kuoh,1982应为帕飞虱属Palego Fen-nah,1978的新异名.文中对该属属征进行了重新描记,原来隶属披突飞虱属Parathriambus的2个种同时被移入帕飞虱属;帕飞虱属Palego的模式种Palego simulator Fennah也是在中国的首次报道.文中还给出了该属已知种的分种检索表.     

中国南海蛇鳗科一新纪录属及一新纪录种(鱼纲,鳗鲡目)

报道了中国南海蛇鳗科1新纪录属Echelus Rafinesque,1810和1新纪录种Echelus uropterus(Temminck et Schlegel,1846).该属的特征为:尾鳍、胸鳍存在;背鳍起点在胸鳍后端之前;头部无额骨孔、眶后孔和上颞骨孔;鳃孔中等大;鳃膜骨条连于舌骨或上舌骨尖前.该种的特征:尾尖柔软;颌齿和犁骨齿颗粒状,带形;后鼻孔在上唇边缘外侧.     

Morphological design and fossil record of the podocopid ostracod naupliar eye

The naupliar eye of podocopid ostracods is a useful character for considering evolution in photic environments. Based on external morphologies and histological observations, naupliar eyes are here categorized into six types. The fossil record demonstrates that the major evolutionary changes in podocopid naupliar eyes occured after the Ordovician. Eye types 1 and 2 are not joined to the carapace by the hypodermal cells, and these two types are found in Palaeozoic ostracods. Eye type 3, 4, 5 and 6 are extended on eye stalks, tightly joined to the carapace by the hypodermal cells, and use the carapace as the refractive cuticle lens. Eye type 3 appeared in the Permian, and eye types 4, 5 and 6 appeared in the Early Jurassic. The design of the podocopid naupliar eye diversified in the Early Jurassic.     

中国爵床属（爵床科）新名称

在编写《广东植物志》爵床科的过程中,我们采用广义爵床属Justicia的概念,因此有部分种类的名称需要重新组合.提出了爵床属4个新名称：矮爵床J.demissa N.H.Xia＆Y.F.Deng,海南爵床J.hainanensis（C.Y.Wu＆H.S.Lo）N.H.Xia＆Y.F.Deng,线叶爵床J.neolinearifoliaN.H.Xia＆Y.F.Deng和两广线叶爵床J.neolinearifolia N.H.Xia＆Y.F.Deng subsp.liangkwangensis（H.S.Lo）N.H.Xia＆Y.F.Deng.     

中国稻弄蝶属Parnara分类与一新记录种(鳞翅目:弄蝶总科:弄蝶科)

记述中国稻弄蝶属Parnara Moore,18814种,其中圆突稻弄蝶Parnara apostata（Snellen,1866）为1新记录种。制作了分种检索表,进行了新记录种的成虫形态描述,提供了特征图。     

杓兰属(兰科)中一个国产种类的新等级(英文)

丽江杓兰大围山变种(Cypripedium lichiangensem var.daweishanense)被提升为种的等级:大围山杓兰(Cypripedium daweishanense)。此种的特征是:中萼片浅黄绿色,上面疏被栗色斑点;花瓣较短,近等长于或略长于唇瓣。而丽江杓兰(Cypripedium lichiangense)的中萼片为紫肝色;花瓣要长得多,大约为唇瓣长的2倍。它们均属于三组(Cypripediumsect.Trigonopedium)。该组共含11种,均为中国特有种。文中提供了一个该组的分种检索表。
